I wonder

Would it help, could it be
That it's just the right thing to do for me?

Stars. They are magic. See them falling down the sky, and make a wish, quickly!
But don't say it out loud...

Would my dreams eventually all come true?
Would it be just as I imaged, the two of us, me, and you..

You can wish most anything. Nothing is impossible, if you just believe in making it work.
Go for it, believe, work, and love.

Could that be my destiny?
Is that the life that belongs to me...

I think everything happens for a reason. We eventualle get where we belong and where we are happy.
For me, it's whenever I'm with you.

And if we truly belong togother?
Then we'll be, one day, forever...

I think that there is someone perfectly right for you out there. I know there will be.
It might only take some time to meet...

And if by any chance you'd leave me alone
Would I die, being just on my own?

We're strong. We can handle a lot more than we think we can. Believing it will be right in the end will work.
And eventually, we'll have our happy ending.

I'd go with you, no matter where
We'd have each other, that's all I care.

I do believe in Prince Charming. Not riding a horse, but the feeling is there.
That's all that counts, you loving the other...

Attemps to poetry are my own.

And if it comes down in the end
Remember all those ways we went.

What belongs together, comes together. What breaks, can be healed.
What loves, is eternal and pretty.

I'll share with you ony of my favorite, sweet quotations. It comes from one of my childhood heroes. I think you know him, and you probably loved him too.
His name is Winnie the Pooh.

If you live to be a hundred, I want to live to be a hundred minus one day,
so I never have to live without you.

That's adorable, isn't it?
Like it's in the movies, there's a happy ending for everyone of us out there, too.
It'll be alright.  We can do anything, like I said.
Here is all we need:
Dreams, hope, and pixie dust...

With love,
Kirsten

Some day my prince will come
Some day we'll meet again
And away to his castle we'll go
To be happy forever I know

Some day when spring is here

We'll find our love anew
And the birds will sing
And wedding bells will ring
Some day when my dreams come true

Bubbly, dreamy, happy, lovely

Today at school, I had a conversation about dreams. I was hanging out with some guys from my class, having fun, and someone said I looked so happy. I was happy, so he was right, but he was in some kind of sad mood and said he was in for destructing air castles and dreams.
I told him not to burst my happy-bubble. Then he started poking in the air, like he was trying to burst it, but it didn't work (good). And in fact, someone else, who was standing beside us, and we made a bigger happy bubble (even better!)
Then we started talking about dreams, and I told them my life was a dream. Living the dream, the best we can do.

Now, my idea: We should all build air castles together, share happy dreams and love and we would all be a lot happier!

Starting it now, I want to share something lovely with you:

I downloaded the movie Nowhere Boy this week, and didn't know what to expect. I knew it was about John Lennon before he became a Beatle, so it ought to be interesting.
I love the Beatles, and the reviews were pretty positive, and I'm glad to say that the movie didn't disappoint me at all. It was really interesting to see how funny and rebelish he was, and I liked the old clothing and the music in the movie.
It's mostly music from Elvis, which everyone admired then, and The Quarrymen, the first band John Lennon founded, together with Pete Shotton, Eric Griffiths, Bill Smith and Rod Davis. After their first performance, they met Paul McCartney and George Harrison, and they joined too. The rest is history. It's all visible in the movie.

And they all have such a funny accent in the movie! There is that moment when John walks into the boys' bathroom and tells his friend he is starting a rock 'n roll band, and it goes like this:
"You've bin pick'd to be in me bend!"
Just amazing.
And when his principal is mad and tells him he's going nowhere, he says: "Is nowhere for the geniuses, sir? Then I probably do belong there."
Well, in case nowhere really is for the geniuses, he absolutely belongs there, no doubt!

Even though the movie has an open ending, which I usually don't like, I really enjoyed the movie. Maybe it has something to do with the fact we all know how it ended.

Now, of course I have a new celebrity-crush on Aaron Johnson, who plays John Lennon. I want a rock 'n roll-boyfriend! ^^
( I really feel like I've been born in the wrong decade...)
No, but seriously: Go see the movie. It's super.

With love,
Kirsten

I'll look after you
Like I've never done before
I'll keep all the other
From knocking at your door

In spite of all the danger
Spite of all that may be
I'll do anything for you
Anything you want me to
If you'll be true to me

In spite of all the heartache
Thay you may cause me
I'll do anything for you
Anything you want me to
If you'll be true to me

Feel the flower!

Hey!

Another post from me today!
Today was ourt last school day! Yay!
Now we only have to make it through the tests, and then it's summerbreak!
And we all go to the fifth year of high school (except the ones who won't...)

Lalalaaaa, I'm so happy, lalalaa! And I can't sing, lalala. But I love to sing, lalala. 'Cause it makes me even more happy! La-la-laaa!
(and I don't have songwriter-skills, either)

Oh, and I haven't told it yet, I guess, but I finally bought a new computer! It was about time. I could take in shower and wash my hair in the time the old one took to start. Now I have a laptop, and I love it! I can take it everwhere, my room, the couch, the kitchen, the garden...
Yesterday night I watched a movie on it, my dad downloaded it a while ago, but I hadn't seen it.
The movie is called Little Ashes, and it's beautiful. It's about Salvador Dalí, the painter, and his friend Federico García Lorca, a poet. In the movie, they fall in love, but their love isn't allowed so they keep it secret. It has a tragic end, I cried (I always cry when I'm watching sad movies), but it's a good movie, I guess.
You feel this sexual tension in every single scene, it's a great job of acting.
And yeah, it's with Robert Pattinson, but he looks a bit weird. At the begin, he looks like Willy Wonka. The other guy, Javier Beltrán, is pretty sexy too, so it wasn't hard to enjoy.
I placed a few pics of the movie, the first one is the official film poster, and I took the other two while watching the movie, using printscreen mode. I like the effects in the water, the drops are glinstering in the moonlight and that makes it look pretty...

But I have to go now, dinner's ready.

With love,
Kirsten

Oh my Little Ashes!
Put my name in the picture so that my name will serve for something in the world."

Flowerbomb!

Hi!
Hope you are doing fine! Sorry for my absence, I was busy last week. Things like tests at school, tenniscompetition, hanging out.
I went to Remember Me this Sunday, with Anna, my sister Tjorven and our friend Chichi, and it was a beautiful movie. It's very miserable and sad, but I liked it.
I guess that I would never have gone to see it if it weren't with Robert Pattinson, but even if it hadn't been him, I would have loved the movie. It's just a nice bonus that it's him having the leading part. And all this hotness isn't bad, either.
O god, I love him x3 (Anna loves him, too)
It actually was quite funny, we bought the tickets, and wanted to walk in, and there was this poster of the movie, and I was like: 'Aaah, look!'
And the guy who had to control the tickets - he was quite cute, too - : 'What movie are you going... Oh, that one. Okay, have fun!'
I knew how the movie ended, so I brought tissues, and when the movie was ending, I gave them to Tjorven and Anna, and we were all holding hands and all hoping it would end well, but it didn't - of course. And when the screen went dark and we thought it was over, Tjorven screamed: 'This is such an anticlimax!'
And she continued: 'Oh, wait, it's not over yet.'
It really, really, really was sad! Don't go there without your tissues!
(but definitely go, you have to see it)
So that much for sad movies and sexy actors...
I love flowers! My Mom bought these last week to decorate the living room, and she bought yellow flowers for the dining room and our magnoliatree is so beautiful now, it's blossoming all over! (I'll see if I can take a pic of that this week)

Lovely lovely lovely!
Have a nice day!

With love,
Kirsten
